All kitchen knife blades are made from 440C stainless steel. The handles are made from (on the top half) stabilized Gaboon Ebony wood and (on the bottom half) various stabilized dyed woods, in between these halves are white and brass spacers to highlight the different woods. Handles are assembled with 2 solid brass pins and 1 mosaic brass pin and epoxy.
